1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the NandhuBuilders website and your engagement of NandhuBuilders, a residential and commercial construction business led by Arunkumar and based in Kodungoor, Vazhoor P.O., Kottayam, Kerala, for any construction, renovation, or related service. By browsing this website or engaging us for a project, you agree to these terms.

2. Estimates and quotations

All costs shared during a site visit or over WhatsApp/phone are estimates until confirmed in writing. A written, itemised quotation is provided before work begins on any project and forms the basis of the agreement between NandhuBuilders and the client. Verbal figures shared before a site visit are indicative only.

3. Project scope and changes

Any change to the agreed scope, materials, or layout after work has started may affect cost and timeline. Such changes will be discussed and confirmed in writing before being carried out.

4. Payments

Payment schedules are agreed on a stage-wise basis and set out in the project quotation. Delays in scheduled payments may affect the project timeline.

5. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on project scope, site conditions, and material availability. Weather, statutory approvals, and site-specific factors in Kerala's monsoon season may affect the schedule; any material delay will be communicated to the client.

6. Materials and workmanship

Materials and brands used are those agreed in the written quotation. Any substitution will be communicated and agreed with the client before use.

7. Site access and safety

Clients are welcome to visit the site at any stage of construction, subject to standard site-safety practice. Access for inspection should be coordinated in advance for safety reasons.

8. Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information about NandhuBuilders' services and does not itself constitute a binding quotation. Project examples listed are a record of past work and may be updated as new projects are completed.

9. Limitation of liability

NandhuBuilders is not liable for delays or issues arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, regulatory delays, or force majeure events.
